1 General Provisions and Definitions

In this document, "bajy", "platform", "we", or "us" refers to the bajy online entertainment platform and its operating authority. "User", "member", "you", or "your" refers to any person registered on bajy.

bajy is a secure and reliable online entertainment platform that offers sports betting, casino games, and card games for players in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform means you commit to complying with these terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the bajy website (bajy.lat), the mobile browser version, and all services associated with bajy. Separate supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions or games and will be published alongside those services.

bajy reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms at any time. The effective date of any change will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any service on the bajy platform. bajy may request a national ID card or relevant documents at any time for age verification. Providing an incorrect age will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one bajy account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, payment method — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in withdrawals being held until account verification is complete. bajy may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for account verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account or sharing login details is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on bajy: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions through any method not on this list are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is accepted:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.

bajy monitors all transactions. If any transaction appears suspicious, bajy reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is complete.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

bajy offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer may be used only once and has its own applicable terms.
• bajy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw a bonus without providing a reason.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• VIP cashback and reload bonuses have separate terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.

5 VIP Program

bajy's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is at bajy's discretion. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and comes with its own wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bajy is committed to fair play. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all games and results are completely impartial. No game outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to fulfill bonus conditions through artificial transactions between accounts.
• Any form of collusion or coordination with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or bug. If such an incident occurs, reporting it to support immediately is mandatory.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

6.3 Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes

If there is a dispute regarding a game outcome, contact support with the relevant game round ID number. bajy will investigate and issue a final decision, which will be considered conclusive.

7 Responsible Gaming

bajy is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our platform to remain entertaining for everyone and for no one to develop an addiction. To this end, bajy provides several tools:

• Deposit Limit Setting: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

9 Account Closure and Restrictions

9.1 bajy's Authority

bajy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Violation of applicable law.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

A request to close your account can be made at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance (provided bonus conditions have been met) may be withdrawn before closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

bajy will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or internet connection issues. However, bajy will make every effort to assist affected players in such situations.

bajy does not have full control over content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.) published on the platform. Games from these providers are also governed by their own rules.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you must first contact bajy's support team directly. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If the matter is not resolved through support, both parties may proceed to mediation by mutual agreement. bajy's final decisions are made in accordance with the principles of integrity and fairness.

12 Applicable Law

The general principles of international commercial agreements will apply to the interpretation of these terms and any related matters. Users are responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country.
